Turkish Tarator Souce




"tarator" is a dip sauce generally eaten with fried fish and squid.  In the coastal towns of Turkey, fried squid or mussels are almost always served with tarator sauce.
 
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Strained yogurt full of 2 tablespoons  ( Put paper towels on the bottom of the strainer and allow to drain for normal yoghurt sheep and water.)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise  (I put olive oil instead of mayonnaise..It is more delicious ) 
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Yapılışı:

Add salt and garlic in a mortar into the beat. Add bread crumbs, yogurt, walnut and mayonnaise.  Mix the ingredients. If you a lots of yogurt you must add bread crumbs.  If you a lots of bread crumbs you must add yogurt. As easy as that
